ProVu, the UK VoIP distributor and snom AG, developer and global supplier of snom IP phones, announced today that the ProTalk range of SARK IP PBX systems have gained full snom interoperability approval.
The approval process included detailed lab analysis covering the full snom feature set, followed by extensive field trials with live installations.
The ProTalk SARK PBX software has been developed to compete with the traditional PBX manufacturers; it is one of the few IP systems that can truly emulate many of the established traditional features such as Busy Lamp Fields. In addition SARK has been developed to be extremely flexible and extensible, enabling ProVu's channel partners to tailor the PBX to meet specific business requirements that their customers require.
SARK systems also offer options of High availability, ideal for meeting the demands of call centre's and 24 hour operations, plus a wide range of call recording and other additional features. When coupled with the very reliable snom IP phones, the overall system provides a business solution fit for purpose in very demanding environments
